Certificate Generator is a WordPress plugin for creating, managing, issuing and verifying certificates. It supports bulk student import from CSV, drag-and-drop certificate templates, QR-code verification, serial numbers and email analytics — free and unlimited. A Pro add-on adds automatic issuance from LMS platforms and WooCommerce.

Build the background in Canva (or any design tool) and leave the name area blank. Export it as an image.

Create the template and place fields
Upload the background, then drag Student Name, School, Date and custom fields onto the canvas. Coordinates update in real time.
3Upload your brand font
Add any .ttf (a script font for names, for example) and select it for any field on the template.
4Preview with debug mode
Click Preview to get a sample PDF with field boundaries and position markers drawn on it, so you can line everything up before issuing.
